REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT POLICY

Registration in a Visionary Wild, LLC workshop, expedition, or other program is not confirmed until a deposit has been paid, as per the deposit and payment schedule below. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that payments are made as per the payment schedule.

  • 50% deposit due at time of registration
  • 50% payment due 90 days prior to the workshop or expedition

Some workshops and expeditions will have a modified payment schedule. In these cases the payment schedule will be noted on the workshop page and will supersede the payment schedule above.

CLIENT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand that life and busy schedules can be unpredictable, and that on occasion a conflict may arise that forces a client to cancel their participation in a workshop or expedition. However, due to the significant costs incurred in advance and commitments that we have to make to package our sessions, we have to implement a sliding refund scale based on the amount of time we are left with to attempt to fill a vacancy. The cancellation and refund schedule for U.S.-based and international workshops is provided below.  Due to the costs involved in operating these workshops and expeditions, Visionary Wild, LLC must adhere to these cancellation and refund policies.

As a courtesy, forfeited deposits and/or fees may be refunded or credited toward future workshops or expeditions if the session from which the client cancelled is sold out at the time of its start date.

Workshops and Expeditions within the USA

If a client must cancel a reservation for a workshop taking place in the United States, the following cancellation and refund policies apply, based on the date that Visionary Wild, LLC receives notice of the cancellation. Please note that all cancellations must be submitted in writing (e.g., via email).

  • 91 or more days prior to start date: Full refund (less any non-recoverable credit card processing fees)
  • 90 to 61 days prior to start date: 25% of package cost non-refundable
  • 60 to 31 days prior to start date: 50% of package cost non-refundable
  • 30 days or less before start date: No refund

International Workshops and Expeditions

As international (outside the United States) workshops and programs typically require more advance planning and expense, the following cancellation and refund policies apply for international trips, based on the date that notice of cancellations is received.

  • 121 or more days prior to start date: Full refund (less any non-recoverable credit card processing fees)
  • 120 to 91 days prior to start date: 25% of package cost non-refundable
  • 90 to 61 days prior to start date: 50% of package cost non-refundable
  • 60 days or less before start date: No refund

TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that participants purchase travel insurance coverage for costs related to unforeseen trip cancellation, delays, interruptions, and other unforeseen travel complications. Visionary Wild, LLC is not responsible for coverage of any such costs, nor can Visionary Wild, LLC make exceptions to the aforementioned cancellation policies. Please note that some travel insurance coverages are only available if purchased within 14 days of making the initial deposit on the trip.
